Certified Executive Chef Eric Kopelow is an American-born chef with world-class credentials. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and he has won awards from the Hotel Olympia in London, England, among many other International accolades.
Chef Eric has been interviewed by Julia Child for the TV Food Network, appeared on the Today Show and was selected as one of the 1999 “50 Innovative Taste Makers” by Nations Restaurant News. This honor is one of the highest achievements a chef can receive in the United States culinary industry.
Eric regularly donates his time to Universal Studios Hollywood’s charity, Discover A Star, supporting the local community. With Chef Eric’s participation, thousands of dollars are raised each and every year for those in need.
As Vice President/Corporate Executive Chef of NBC Universal, Chef Eric supervises our large culinary team doing food preparation not only for Universal Studios Hollywood Special Events, but also for the Theme Park, Gibson Amphitheatre, CityWalk, the Production Kitchen/Bakery and Catering.
